If you are new to Pilates, we require three or more private sessions before you may join a group class.
Group passes are valid for six months after first use. Private passes are valid up to one year after first use.
Registration is available up to 12 hours before class start time. There is a waitlist for full classes. Classes with zero registrants will be cancelled 12 hours prior.
Reservations may be cancelled without charge up to 24 hours in advance. Please contact the instructor to cancel within 24 hours. If we can fill the spot, there is no charge.
Refrain from wearing fragrances, lotions, oils and make-up as they can ruin the equipment.
Practice barefoot or wear grippy socks as feet may slip causing injury.
Wear close-fitting comfortable clothing free from zippers, buckles, clasps, buttons, snaps, drawstrings and belts. Remove jewelry and other adornments. These items can get caught on the equipment, causing injury or damage the equipment.
Long hair must be tied back so that it does not get caught in the equipment.
Wait until the previous class is finished to enter the studio. There is a 15 minute passing period between each class. Arrive a maximum of 10 minutes early to prepare. Late arrivals are disruptive to other participants. Registrants who are more than 5 minutes late cannot join the class and will be charged.
Let the instructor know about any changes to your health before class begins.
Before and after class are great times to chat with friends. Focus on the movements during the class.
If you don't feel comfortable with an exercise, request a modification.
Thoroughly clean your equipment before leaving.
