Policies

  • New Pilates practitioners must complete 10 private sessions before joining a group class. Those with Pilates experience must complete five private sessions.

  • Private passes valid one year and group passes valid six months after first use.

  • Online reservations required.

  • Minimum 24 hour reservation cancellation. Class fee charged otherwise.

  • Teacher approval required for Intermediate/Advanced and Advanced classes.

  • Group classes with one registration will be shortened to 45 minutes.

  • Arrive early to prepare. Late arrivals affect everyone’s performance. For safety reasons, no entry allowed beyond five minutes after class start time and the class fee charged.

  • Inform instructor of changes to your health before class begins.

  • Respect your limits. If you don’t feel safe. Do not do it.

  • Practice barefoot or wear grippy socks.

  • Long hair must be tied back.

  • Refrain from wearing fragrances, lotions, oils and heavy make-up.

  • Wear close-fitting comfortable clothing free from zippers, buckles, clasps, buttons, snaps, drawstrings and belts. Remove jewelry and other adornments.

  • Thoroughly clean your equipment before leaving.
