If you are new to the Pilates method, you must complete at least 10 private sessions before joining a group class. New clients with prior Pilates experience must complete five private session before joining a group. This is the best way to learn our cueing and equipment and for us to learn about your body.
Private passes valid one year and group passes valid six months after first use.

Minimum 24 hour reservation cancellation. Class fee charged otherwise.
Teacher approval required for Intermediate/Advanced and Advanced classes.
Group classes with one registration will be shortened to 45 minutes.
Arrive early to prepare. Late arrivals affect everyone’s performance. For safety reasons, no entry allowed beyond five minutes after class start time and pass charged. Let us know if you are running late so that we may smoothly transition you into class.
Inform instructor of changes to your health before class begins.
Respect your limits. Safety first!
Practice barefoot or wear grippy socks.
Long hair must be tied back.
Refrain from wearing fragrances, lotions, oils and heavy make-up.
Wear close-fitting comfortable clothing free from zippers, buckles, clasps, buttons, snaps, drawstrings and belts. Remove jewelry and other adornments.
Thoroughly clean your equipment before leaving.
