New Pilates practitioners must complete 10 private sessions before joining a group class. Those with Pilates experience must complete five private sessions.
Private passes valid one year and group passes valid six months after first use.
Online reservations required.
Minimum 24 hour reservation cancellation. Class fee charged otherwise.
Teacher approval required for Intermediate/Advanced and Advanced classes.
Group classes with one registration will be shortened to 45 minutes.
Arrive early to prepare. Late arrivals affect everyone’s performance. For safety reasons, no entry allowed beyond five minutes after class start time and the class fee charged.
Inform instructor of changes to your health before class begins.
Respect your limits. If you don’t feel safe. Do not do it.
Practice barefoot or wear grippy socks.
Long hair must be tied back.
Refrain from wearing fragrances, lotions, oils and heavy make-up.
Wear close-fitting comfortable clothing free from zippers, buckles, clasps, buttons, snaps, drawstrings and belts. Remove jewelry and other adornments.
Thoroughly clean your equipment before leaving.
