Erica has been exploring movement since her first ballet class at age three. She completed her Pilates certification with Annette Petit in Telluride. She also holds multiple yoga certifications and a Master's Degree in Education. Aside from Pilates, Erica enjoys skiing, hiking, riding bikes, but most of all, dancing! Using a playful yet structured teaching style, Erica loves to share the gift of movement with the community.

Kim Moriyama, Master Instructor
Kim has been empowering people through The Pilates Method to achieve their athletic and healing goals for 16+ years. Her master sessions are fun experiential anatomy customized for her client’s needs, and range from restorative to challenging. She loves connecting breath, muscle and fascial awareness with precise movements and rhythm to co-create natural flowing movement that transforms body, mind and spirit.

Natasha Pyeatte, Instructor
Natasha found her passion for Pilates in 2014. Being a dancer, Pilates was a natural fit for her lifestyle, integrating mind body connection in movement. She is also the Artistic Director of Weehawken Dance, creating performances and teaching classes throughout the region. She teaches tap, jazz, ballet aerial silks, and is certified through Level 7 of the American Ballet National Training Curriculum.

Stacia Holman, Instructor
Stacia obtained her comprehensive Pilates certification through Balanced Body studying under Kathleen Pastorello. She has been teaching Pilates for over 3 years and practicing for nearly 7 years. She first found Pilates while obtaining her BS in kinesiology from Arizona State University. She fell in love with the way Pilates challenged and shaped not only the body but the mind as well. Stacia strives to bring her knowledge of kinesiology and experience in physical therapy into each class to help improve the lives and health of her clients. Her favorite part about teaching is helping clients improve their mind to body connection through the Pilates Method.
