Beginner

Build strength and learn gentle, fundamental Pilates exercises for mat and reformer. Slow paced with plenty of time for inquiry and to learn personal modifications. Appropriate for beginners, osteoporosis and physical limitations post rehabilitation. Safely advance with personalized feedback in a supportive setting. Limited to three participants.

Advanced

Challenging practice of the advanced Pilates repertoire. Teacher approval required.

Wednesdays, 12 pm

Intermediate

Continue to build confidence in your practice while increasing strength, flexibility and stamina. Learn more complex choreography on tower, chair, reformer and barrels. Practitioners need to have completed required private sessions, to be able perform fundamental movements by name, demonstrate proper alignment, adjust and set up equipment efficiently needed. This level is appropriate for people with injuries or who like a slower pace and enjoy inquiry.

Private and Semi-Private Instruction

Personalized instruction, tailored to your needs. Semi-private sessions can be friends or family. Great for those looking to advance quickly or working within recovery or sports specialization

Intermediate/Advanced

Faster paced, challenging class for those who are experienced on the major apparatus and are experienced and confident in the group setting. Work toward more advanced repertoire while refining technique. This class is for you if you are injury free, can confidently name and perform intermediate exercises, quickly change equipment, choose spring settings and can self-modify independently. Teacher approval required.
